The goal was to create a website that highlights the technological and service leadership of the provider at the location, making it easy for customers to book an examination and access their results.

Process

Understanding the needs of female clients

The design process began with understanding the fears and desires of concerned women. Which aspects of an examination are particularly important to them? All texts and images aim to convey trust and a sense of security. Essential information is presented clearly and is easy to grasp.

Considering the corporate design

The client is one of the largest providers of radiological imaging in Austria. They operate many websites, and consistent design is extremely important. Since there is no official corporate design style guide document, a guideline document was created during the design process to ensure a consistent appearance as much as possible. The Icons have been carefully custom crafted for a consistent clear and friendly style.

Simple Navigation

The creation of the website had two main goals: to serve as a home base for marketing measures and to provide customers with very easy access to two online services: requesting an appointment and downloading findings. Both services are accessible via prominent buttons.

Outcome

The final outcome of the Mammografie Linz website is a user-friendly and informative digital platform that highlights the provider’s technological and service leadership in breast imaging.

Users can easily request appointments and download their medical reports through an intuitive interface, ensuring a seamless experience.

As a result, the radiology center has seen increased patient engagement and satisfaction, solidifying the website as an essential component of their overall healthcare service.
